PROTEST AT TCF BANK IN SUPPORT OF JOSH PINA

This Thursday, Rogers Park condo owner Josh Pina and supporters from Communities United Against Foreclosure and Eviction will ask TCF Bank to put Josh’s eviction on hold while his case is reviewed.

Pina paid his mortgage on time for years. Once he was laid off the bank refused to renegotiate his loan. After pressure from Communities United Against Foreclosure and Eviction, TCF has agreed to review his case.

But the bank has not yet pledged to postpone his eviction, which could happen as soon as mid-February. “I don’t know whether or not to pack up. I don’t have anywhere else to go. No one should have to endure this stress,” Pina says.

WHAT: Josh Pina and supporters ask TCF Bank to postpone Pina’s eviction

WHEN: Thursday Feb. 7, 11:30 a.m.
